This pattern bundle contains digital sewing patterns for two bag models:
- The Large Pinecone, measuring approximately H16 x W32 x D9 cm / H 6,3’’ x W 12,6’’ x D 3,5’’
- The Small Pinecone, measuring approximately H 14 x W20 x D 6 cm / H 5,5’’ x W 7,9’’ x D 2,4’’
Both bag models can be made with or without the folded pinecone panel. The Small Pinecone can be made as a bumbag with strap connectors attached to the sides or belt loops on the back, or you can drop the strap connectors and use the pattern to make small clutches, make up bags, etc. The Large Pinecone makes a lager clutch or toiletry bag when made without strap connectors, or a shoulder / crossbody bag when made with strap connectors and straps. Instructions for making straps are included in this pattern. Both the Large and Small Pinecone bag are fully lined and have one interior zipper pocket.
This listing is for the English version of the pattern bundle. Both A4 and US Letter print size is included. A Norwegian version is available as a separate listing.
I have posted two videos about making the Pinecone bag on my YouTube channel «UrkUrkDotCom»:
- One shows how to cut, fold and sew the pinecone panel: https://youtu.be/2JUg9coI93U
- And one shows how to assemble the rest of the bag: https://youtu.be/CKFH6TuEGYk
You can purchase the pattern bundle using PayPal on this website, or you can find the same bundle on Etsy if you prefer to shop there. You will receive an e-mail with a link to download the pattern files immediately after paying with PayPal. Please open the link on a computer, it rarely works on a tablet or cell phone.
The link is valid for 30 days, so please make sure you save the files.
The pattern files are in pdf-format. Both A4 and US letter print size files are included. You only need to print the versions that correspond to your paper size. I recommend to read the sewing instructions before printing the patterns, as they contain information about printer settings.
You can sell bags you sew from Urk! patterns. Sharing or reselling pattern files, pattern pieces or sewing instructions is not allowed.
I would love to see the bags you make using these patterns! I will find them if you use #urkpinecone and #urkhandbag if you share pictures of your bags on Instagram.
